We cover all airports in the South of England, especially those around London but can go anywhere in mainland UK if you would require us to do so
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
Prices are based on vehicles. All vehicle classes will include a description on how many passengers it can carry as well as luggage space.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
Mercedes Benz S-Class & E-Class holds 2 luggage and 2 hand luggage
Mercedes Benz V-Class holds 5 luggage and 5 hand luggage
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will receive confirmation email.
Q: What if I cannot locate at the airport my driver?
After your clear customs look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign or name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before your flight lands if you have provided a mobile contact number. If for some reason you can’t find us, please call 02036896821 or the chauffeurs mobile number will be on your booking confirmation. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you find us.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Please contact us through the company phone number and we will assist you in getting your refund processed.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you provide us your flight or train details upon booking, we will be able to track your flight/train and arrive promptly if you are early, on time or late.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to your journey. We won’t charge you but we it would be unfair to drivers to not let them know of cancellation.
Q: What does the price include?
All cars have bottles of drinking water, a car charger and access to Wifi. Pickup from the airport to 60 min. we do not charge the fee ,later we collect as in the regulations, the fee is not included this for car parking.
Q: How early do I need to book?
Minimum 3 hours early
