Terms and Conditions

1. Travel Information

When making a reservation, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete journey details, including:

  • Exact pick-up time

  • Pick-up and drop-off locations

  • Flight number (for airport transfers)

  • Number of passengers

Clients should allow sufficient travel time, taking into account traffic conditions, roadworks, and weather.

JM Executive shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Confirmation of a booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


2. Booking Policy

Bookings are accepted via:

  • Online reservation

  • Email

  • Telephone

JM Executive does not accept responsibility for any arrangements made directly with drivers.

A booking is considered valid only once confirmed by:

  • Email

  • Telephone

  • Text message

Cancellations must be made using the same method as the original booking.


3. Vehicle Capacity

Each vehicle operates under strict licensing and insurance regulations.

  • Passenger limits must not be exceeded

  • Children are considered individual passengers


4. Pricing & Rates

Hourly Hire

  • E-Class: from £50 per hour

  • V-Class: from £75 per hour

  • S-Class: from £75 per hour

Minimum booking: 4 hours
Included mileage: 10 miles per hour


Additional Time Charges

Additional time beyond the booked duration:

  • E-Class: £50 per hour

  • V-Class: £75 per hour

  • S-Class: £75 per hour

Charged in 15-minute increments.


Additional Mileage

Mileage exceeding the included allowance:

  • E-Class: £2.80 per mile

  • V-Class: £3.50 per mile

  • S-Class: £3.50 per mile


Waiting Time

Waiting time is charged based on the applicable hourly rate.


Seasonal Pricing

Rates may increase during peak periods:

  • Christmas (24th–26th December)

  • New Year (31st December – 1st January)

  • Easter

Price adjustments may be up to 100%.


Important Pricing Notes

  • Prices are based on vehicle type

  • Pricing is not dependent on passenger count

  • Parking, tolls, airport fees, and similar charges are payable by the client

5. Driver Arrival & Waiting Time

Drivers will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

Airport Pick-Ups

  • 60 minutes waiting time included

Additional Waiting Charges

  • Beyond 60 minutes: £45 per hour (15-minute increments)

  • Non-airport delays: £10 per 15 minutes


6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up

  • Cancellations within 24 hours → full charge applies

  • No-show → full charge applies

For premium vehicles (Sprinter, Rolls Royce):

  • Full payment required upon booking or 7 days prior


7. Payments

All payments must be made:

  • At booking, or

  • Minimum 48 hours prior to travel

Accepted methods:

  • Card payment

  • Bank transfer

Cash payments only if pre-agreed (GBP).

JM Executive does not store credit card details.


8. Customer Communication

Clients must inform JM Executive immediately regarding:

  • Delays

  • Amendments

  • Cancellations

Failure to communicate may result in booking cancellation with full fare retained.


9. Pick-Up Procedure

Drivers will wait at the agreed meeting point.

If the client cannot locate the driver, they must contact JM Executive Head Office immediately.

Leaving the location without notice will be treated as a no-show.


10. Additional Charges

Clients are responsible for:

  • Parking fees

  • Airport charges

  • Tolls / congestion fees

  • Bridge / gate charges

These charges may not appear in automated quotations.


11. Lost Property

Lost items will be stored for one month.

Unclaimed items may be disposed of.


12. Complaints

Complaints should be directed to the Head Office via:

  • Email

  • Telephone

JM Executive will investigate and respond promptly.


13. Privacy Policy

JM Executive respects client privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations.

We do not share client data with third parties.

Stored information may include:

  • Contact details (phone/email)

Payment data is processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
